All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may happen due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We choose standard as default shipping option if you do not contact us before shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kdhealth.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not accept P.O. boxes and we only accept physical address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. If you wish to return such a product, we request that you do so through our “contact us” page
